Now That’s What I Call an Orchestra: Bringing Live Music to Hull’s Streets

We’re beyond excited to announce our latest event that’s set to bring a burst of live music right to your doorstep! Now That’s What I Call an Orchestra is rolling into town this September, and it’s going to be a musical journey you won’t want to miss.

In partnership with our friends at Eclectic Music, we’re taking Hull’s Eclectic Orchestra on the road—literally! Picture this: a double-decker bus, decked out and buzzing with excitement, making its way through the streets of Hull. On board? A full orchestra ready to fill the air with fantastic tunes, from epic movie soundtracks to modern classics.

Mark your calendars

We’re hitting the streets on Saturday, 14th September in West Hull and Sunday, 15th September in East Hull. At each stop, the Electric Orchestra will perform a full hour of live music, transforming familiar places into vibrant concert venues. And the best part? It’s completely free! No tickets, no reservations—just show up and soak in the sounds.

This event isn’t just about great music; it’s about bringing people together and creating something special, right in the heart of our communities. It’s our mission to make the arts accessible to everyone, especially in areas where opportunities can be limited. That’s why we’re so passionate about taking this orchestra out of traditional venues and straight to peoples doorsteps.

So, get ready to tap your toes and sing along to tunes that everyone will love. Whether you’re a seasoned concert-goer or just curious to see what all the fuss is about, Now That’s What I Call an Orchestra is going to be a weekend of unforgettable music and memories.

Spread the word like confetti – invite your nan, your pals, and everyone in between. Let’s turn this into a Hull-wide celebration of music, community, and togetherness. Trust us, you don’t want to miss this!
