Free family fun is Right On Your Doorstep this summer

Back to Ours is bringing music, circus, comedy and outdoor entertainment directly to Hull communities this summer with a brand-new programme of free events.

Right On Your Doorstep will visit four neighbourhood locations across Hull during July and August, transforming local spaces into vibrant community celebrations packed with live performances, family activities and surprises along the way.

Each event will feature a mix of live music, circus and comedy, and is completely free to attend, with no booking required.

Louise Yates, CEO and artistic director of Back to Ours, said: “Right On Your Doorstep is all about bringing people together, creating joyful experiences and making sure everyone can access brilliant cultural activity close to home. We can’t wait to spend the summer celebrating with communities across Hull.”

Right On Your Doorstep is part of Back to Ours’ summer programme, bringing free arts and cultural experiences to communities across Hull. The programme also includes the return of Now That’s What I Call an Orchestra on 18 & 19 July. More Details.

Sunday 2 August, 12pm–3pm Gorthorpe/Dodthorpe, Orchard Park, HU6

Saturday 22 August, 12pm–3pm Riley Way Playing Fields, HU3
